A fitness boot camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Our fitness boot camp is held indoors inside our facility.

The Sauce is a full-body and mind workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
